Watching back the videos from this project with Bupa stirred up a real mix of emotions for me.

I live with my own condition, which I manage day to day, and I know first-hand that having someone to talk to, who truly understands, is a kind of medicine all on its own.

These films really shine a light on the importance of empathy, and how vital it is in helping people live life to its fullest potential.
